However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived ” – the things God has prepared for those who love him – these are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God” – 1 Corinthians 2:9-10
I’m a strange mix of procrastination and planner. Super OCD about the important things, super laid back about everything else. On the outside, and on paper it may look like I have things figured out. (Definitely don’t😬) but I do things that are important to me.
Things that feed my soul. And that’s the beauty of life. Each chapter is your own write – you get to choose what you want and how you want to do it….😊
So I’ve been on a little blog-hiatus! I’ve been reflecting and recalibrating. And it’s been really good for me. I think sometimes it’s okay to take a step back and see where you want to go. You know, get a better picture of the road ahead. I think a lot of times, we get really caught up in the day to day, we lose sight of our goals and dreams. Loosing that only makes it more difficult to stay on task and keep working…😊
I’m reminded of Moses who probably felt like quitting when he encountered Pharoah during the plague of darkness. God had hurled eight other epic disasters at Egypt, and Pharoah finally exploded, “Moses, get out of my sight! Make sure you do not appear before me again! The day you see my face you will die.” (Exodus 10:28) Despite this threat, Moses eventually was used by God to free the Isrealites from Pharoahs control. “[By faith] Moses left the land of Egypt, not fearing the king’s anger, he kept right on going because he kept his eyes on the one who is invisible” (Hebrews 11:27) Moses overcame Pharoah by believing that God would keep his promise of deliverance. (Exodus 3.17)
Today, we can rely on that promise that God is with us in every situation, supporting us through His Holy spirit. He helps us resist the pressure of intimidation and wrong responses by granting us love, and self-control. (2 Timothy 1:7) Do not let any outside interference confuse or misdirect you. He has called you according to His purpose. You may see a mountain ahead that you are dreading to climb, but our God says to move that mountain with faith. Nothing will be impossible for you! Amen! God bless.💕
Blessings and Love. . . 😊🙏
